The Wicked Bazaar is the creation of MommaBat Witchery. MommaBat concocted her plan in the fall of 2022. Her and her team began hosting witchy and wild night markets in the summer of 2023, followed by a ghoulishly good, weekend-long Samhain market, Winter Solstice Market . In 2025 they hosted Winnipeg’s first Samhain Witches Fantasy Masquerade and Dark Solstice NYE party. We have served thousands of guests over the years and worked with 100s of vendors. The Wicked Bazaar strives to be an inclusive, queer-affirmative, safer-space for vendors and attendees. We operate on Treaty 1 Territory in conjunction with Indigenous and Settler vendors, striving to create a space where reconciliation can be practised through continued education, action and inclusion in our witchy community.
