FAQ

Tickets: Early bird tickets on sale May 8th at 9am central. The only place tickets can be purchased is here through our website. Refunds and ticket transfers must be done through our team hello@thewickedbazar.com. Tickets will sell out.

Parking: Street parking and heated parkade. We do highly encourage ride share, taxi or designated drivers if you plan to consume substances.

Coat Check: There will be a coat check available. $2 per ticket. Cash or card options to pay.

Food: Food is included for VIP patrons. Menu to be announced closer to date. There are multiple restaurants within a couple block radius including in the Hotel Fort Garry.

Vendors: Vendors will be announced closer to date.

Cash or card? Bring both! But we love cash and it is super important for our economy to share and distribute cash. All major cards accepted.

Readings: Readers will be announced closer to date.

Donations:
A portion of ticket sales will go towards Dasch Inc. DASCH Inc., is an organization that has supported individuals with intellectual disabilities for over 50 years. They offers person centred support to help individuals with intellectual disabilities live, work, and engage within the community.

We will also be accepting goods for our charity of choice.
You will be entered to win some of our raffle prizes when you bring donations.

Dress code:
Our dress code is Masquerade, Fantasy, Gothic, Romantic, and Dark Formal. Guests are encouraged to wear elevated, dramatic pieces such as gowns, corsets, tailored suits, lace, velvet, and rich textures in darker tones. Masks are strongly encouraged as part of the experience, allowing you to step into a more mysterious, expressive version of yourself for the night. Most importantly, choose something that feels intentional, immersive, and aligned with the atmosphere. This is a night to embody a mood, not just an outfit.

Dress your best! But be comfortable. If a dress or suit isn’t your thing you don’t need to wear one. But you do need to look your best. Check out our blog post on what to wear. The dress code is JUST a guideline but highly encouraged.

Weapons/props/security:
We will have a team of security checking bags, IDs and fake weapons/props. If anything might be offensive or dangerous we will hold onto it until the end of the night. Security will be there to protect us and make sure the night goes smoothly. We will have some Narcan/Naloxone kits just in case.
