Parking: Underground parkade at Hargrave Street Market. Free street parking downtown. Please drive share, Uber or Taxi if you plan on consuming substances.
Coat Check: Coat check is included for VIP patrons. It will be available for all guests. GA will pay $2.50 a coat check. Square reader terminal will be available to process payments. We are not liable for lost or stolen goods. Please leave at your discretion.
Food: An absolutely incredible menu has been curated for us by renowned local Chef Jesse Friesen. VIP clients will partake in both passed appetizers, the late night menu and desserts. Those with GA tickets will be served our late night snack.

Readings: There will be a reader in the VIP section providing free rune, bone and tarot readings. 10 minutes a client. The rest of our readers will be out and about in the party and you can hire their services. Prices will be set by readers.

Midnight Rite Ceremony: Just before midnight, we will create a quiet, dimly lit space and begin with a few slow breaths to settle into stillness. Reflect briefly on what the past year has completed and what is ready to rest. Acknowledge the turning of the year and the return of the light by naming one guiding intention for the season ahead. This could be clarity, patience, or renewal. Choose one small, practical action that supports this intention. Close with a moment of gratitude as the clock strikes midnight, take a moment for a kiss or a hug and gently return to the party. Carry the intention forward as the days begin to lengthen.

Donations:
We are partnering up with @mutualaidsocietywinnipeg for our donation drive this New Years Eve. They are a grassroots organization that helps coordinate Winnipegers with food, clothing, and baby items. With over 12,000 members in their Winnipeg Facebook group. It is a good way to get donations to people who are really in need.

8pm for VIP ticket holders ($125) They will receive a VIP reception with passed appetizers and access to vendors first.
9pm for General Admission ($60) and when doors officially open.

Dress code:
Dress your best! But be comfortable. If a dress or suit isn’t your thing you don’t need to wear one. But you do need to look your best. Check out our blog post on what to wear. The dress code is JUST a guideline.
Weapons/props/security:
We will have a team of security checking bags, IDs and fake weapons/props. If anything might be offensive or dangerous we will hold onto it until the end of the night. Security will be there to protect us and make sure the night goes smoothly. We will have some Narcan/Naloxone kits just in case.
Scammers:
BEWARE scammers. The only way to transfer tickets is through hello@thewickedbazaar.com. You will need your name, email and ID to enter the party. Refunds available until December 21st at which point we cannot guarantee a refund.
